Membership Terms of Service

📋 1. Agreement to These Terms

By purchasing, activating, or using a Gamble Smart VIP membership ("Membership"), you agree to these Membership Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Membership. These Terms are in addition to any terms presented at checkout by our payment and storefront provider.

💳 2. Membership & Billing

• The Membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed at the price shown at checkout (currently $9.95/month, a promotional rate through August 31, 2026; $14.95/month thereafter), plus any applicable taxes.
• Your membership automatically renews each month and your payment method is charged on each billing date until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access to member benefits through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• Charges are non-refundable. Once a monthly charge has been processed, it cannot be refunded, including for partial months or unused benefits.
• Promotional or introductory pricing (if offered) applies only as described in that specific offer; standard pricing applies afterward.

⭐ 3. Member Benefits

Your Membership includes the benefits described on our membership page. Benefits are provided as part of an active, paid membership and may be added to, changed, or discontinued over time. Specific benefits are subject to the following terms:

• Free Private Audit. After six (6) continuous months of paid membership, your account earns one (1) free private audit. The credit is limited to one free audit per account. Once earned, the credit does not expire and may be redeemed at any time while these benefits are offered.
• Audit may be exchanged. In place of the private audit, you may instead choose to redeem the credit for a general live video chat with Marc and Dave.
• "We Come to You." This benefit means we will prioritize members' requests to visit their local casinos over requests from non-members. It is not a guarantee that we will travel to any particular casino, city, or location, or do so within any specific timeframe.
• Discounts & third-party offers. Member discounts (such as store coupons or the Slot Machines Unlimited code) and any partner offers depend on third-party availability, inventory, and pricing, which we do not control and which may change or end at any time.
• Member discount codes and benefits are for members only and may not be shared, resold, or published publicly.

🔒 4. Your Account

• Your Membership is non-transferable and is intended for the sole use of the individual who signed up. It may not be shared with, sold, or given to anyone else.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we detect that login credentials are being shared or that the account is being used by more than one person. Termination for this reason does not entitle you to a refund.

🤝 5. Community Conduct

Member areas, the private forum, Discord, and live events are meant to be welcoming and respectful. You agree not to harass, spam, threaten, or abuse other members or our team, and not to post unlawful or harmful content. We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these standards.

🎲 6. Entertainment & Responsible Gaming

Gamble Smart content, tools, and member benefits are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide financial advice and we do not guarantee any gambling outcome, winnings, or results. Gambling involves risk. Please play responsibly — see our Responsible Gaming resources. You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction.

🔁 7. Changes to the Membership or Terms

We may update the Membership, its benefits, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. If we change the recurring price, we will notify you in advance so you can decide whether to continue. Material changes take effect on the date posted, and your continued use of the Membership after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

🚫 8. Suspension & Termination

You may cancel your Membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate a Membership for violation of these Terms, abuse of benefits, shared or fraudulent use, or as required by law. Where a Membership is terminated for a violation, charges already processed remain non-refundable as described in Section 2.

⚖️ 9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Membership and all benefits are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamble Smart and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your Membership or use of its benefits. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
